It can easily push and lift over them.
The buggy can also be used for jogging as it has locks on the swivel wheels at the front and a'snug and stretch' tyre, which provides an easy ride. The only drawback of the big wheels is that they may be difficult to fit into more compact spaces when folded. It's got several impressive storage options that can make up for it! There's a huge basket and an opening pocket with zips at the back.
