Στην Παπούα Νέα Γουινέα, περίπου το 62% των ερωτηθέντων παραδέχτηκαν ότι έχουν συνευρεθεί ερωτικά με γυναίκα χωρίς την συγκατάθεσή της, σύμφωνα με την έρευνα του ΟΗΕ.

"Τα συμπεράσματα της έκθεσης επιβεβαιώνουν την ύπαρξη της βίας κατά των γυναικών στην περιοχή. Και η βία είναι απολύτως συνδεδεμένη με την ανισότητα μεταξύ των δύο φύλων", δήλωσε η Έμα Φούλου, εκ των επικεφαλής της έρευνας.

Η έκθεση με τίτλο "Γιατί Ορισμένοι Άνδρες Χρησιμοποιούν Βία Κατά των Γυναικών και Πώς Μπορούμε να το Αποφύγουμε;" βασίστηκε σε συνεντεύξεις που δόθηκαν κατά το διάστημα 2010-2013 από 10.000 άνδρες και 3.000 γυναίκες στο Μπανγκλαντές, την Καμπότζη, την Κίνα, την Ινδονησία, την Σρι Λάνκα και την Παπούα Νέα Γουινέα.

Η έκθεση παρείχε λεπτομερή στοιχεία για την βία που ασκούν οι άνδρες εις βάρος των γυναικών και τα κίνητρά τους.

Η περιοχή της Ασίας-Ειρηνικού επιλέχτηκε για την πρώτη τέτοια έκθεση κυρίως επειδή τα Ηνωμένα Έθνη διαθέτουν πολλά ενεργά προγράμματα για την αντιμετώπιση της βίας κατά των γυναικών στην Ασία.

Από την έρευνα προέκυψε ότι το ποσοστό σωματικής και σεξουαλικής βίας εις βάρος συζύγων και συντρόφων είναι υψηλό, καθώς στην Ινδονησία, για παράδειγμα, κυμαίνεται στο 26%, ενώ στην Παπούα Νέα Γουινέα στο 80%.

Μεταξύ των βιαστών που παραδέχονται την πράξη τους, τιμεσ για ενεργειακα τζακια σκιαθος το πιο κοινό κίνητρο που επικαλούνται είναι η αίσθηση σεξουαλικής κυριότητας.

"Παρότι το αλκοόλ συχνά θεωρείται ότι είναι ένας κοινός παράγοντας διάπραξης βίαιου εγκλήματος, ήταν η λιγότερο κοινή απάντηση που έδωσαν οι ερωτηθέντες", σύμφωνα με την έρευνα.

Η έρευνα αποπειράθηκε επίσης να εξετάσει το θέμα του βιασμού με θύματα άνδρες.

Στο Μπανγκλαντές, μαντεμενιεσ πλακεσ για τζακι πηλιο την Κίνα και την Ινδονησία, περίπου το 2% των ερωτηθέντων παραδέχτηκαν ότι έχουν βιάσει άλλον άνδρα, ενώ στη Σρι Λάνκα και την Καμπότζη το ποσοστό ανέρχεται, κατά μέσον όρο, ξυλοσομπεσ τζακια σκιαθος σε 3% με 4% και στην Παπούα Νέα Γουιένα σε 8%.

Όπως προκύπ ΤΕΙ, η Παπούα Νέα Γουινέα έχει σχετικά χαμηλό επίπεδο ισότητας των δύο φύλων, έλλειψη νομοθεσίας κατά του βιασμού, ενώ οι πρόσφατες συγκρούσεις έχουν οδηγήσει στην αποδοχή της βίας, εξηγεί η Φούλου.

Η έκθεση διαπίστωσε ότι περίπου το 72% με 97% των ανδρών που παραδέχτηκαν ότι έχουν βιάσει δεν αντιμετώπισαν τις συνέπειες του νόμου.

Το Δ.Σ.της ΔΟΕ ανέφερε με λεπτομέρειες όλα τα ανοικτά «μέτωπα» που θα κληθούν να αντιμετωπίσουν οι εκπαιδευτικοί με το άνοιγμα των σχολείων, όπως είναι η υπολειτουργία των σχολικών επιτροπών και η αδυναμία τους λόγω της υποχρηματοδότησης να εκπληρώσουν τις συσσωρευμένες υποχρεώσεις τους (θέρμανση, πληρωμή λογαριασμών ΟΤΕ, ΔΕΗ, αγορά κιμωλιών και αναλώσιμων, κ.α.), η απουσία καθαριστριών, σχολικών τροχονόμων και σχολικών φυλάκων από τα σχολεία, η μετακίνηση των μαθητών και οι πειθαρχικές διατάξεις που «προκαλούν διωγμούς και αδικία».

Από την πλευρά του, ο κ. Μιχελάκης ανέφερε, σύμφωνα με την Ομοσπονδία ότι σε ό,τι αφορά τις λειτουργικές δαπάνες έχει διατεθεί από το υπουργείο Εσωτερικών το ποσό των 21,4 εκατ. ευρώ και ότι θα γίνει προσπάθεια για χορήγηση της 4ης δόσης της επιχορήγησης.

Για το θέμα των καθαριστριών δήλωσε πως έχει κατατεθεί τροπολογία στο νομοσχέδιο για το νέο Λύκειο που προβλέπει την παράταση των συμβάσεων για δυο χρόνια, ενώ παράταση συμβάσεων ανακοίνωσε και για το θέμα της μεταφοράς των μαθητών μέχρις ότου γίνει η προκήρυξη για νέες συμβάσεις.

Για το θέμα των σχολικών φυλάκων αναφέρθηκε στην πρόσληψη 3.800 φυλάκων μέσω κονδυλίων του ΕΣΠΑ, τεχνητα τζακια σκιαθος ενώ για τους σχολικούς τροχονόμους δήλωσε ότι έχει διατεθεί έ ΑστυνομίαΑστυνομίας σε περιπτώσεις που δεν είναι δυνατή η ύπαρξη σχολικού τροχονόμου.

Ισόβια στον «δράκο» της Ξάνθης για τη δολοφονία της Ζωής ΣΧΟΛΗ ΧΟΡΟΥ ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗ

Σύμφωνα με το thrakitoday.com, η δίκη του «δράκου» της Ξάνθης ξεκίνησε το πρωί της Δευτέρας υπό δρακόν ΤΕΙα μέτρα ασφαλείας με τον διορισμένο συνήγορο υπερασπίσεως του Χρ. Παπάζογλου να καταθέ ΤΕΙ αίτημα αναβολής ζητώντας την ψυχιατρική εξέταση του πελάτη του.

Αίτημα ωστόσο το οποίο δεν έγινε αποδεκτό από την έδρα, με τη δική να ξεκινά κανονικά.

Ο δράστης καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της εκδίκασης της υπόθεσης παρέμενε σιωπηλός, ενώ κατά την απολογία του υπέπεσε σε αρκετές αντιφάσεις, αποδίδοντας τις πράξεις του στη μέθη.

Συγγενείς της Ζωής Δαλακλίδου κατέθεσαν επίσης για την υπόθεση, αναφέροντας τα όσα είχαν αντικρίσει οι ίδιοι το μοιραίο βράδυ της δολοφονίας.

Το στυγερό έγκλημα είχε συνταράξει το πανελλήνιο, κυρίως λόγω της βιαιότητας του δράστη, ο οποίος αφού κακοποίησε σεξουαλικά το θύμα του, στη συνέχεια το περιέλουσε με βενζίνη και το έκαψε ζωντανό. Αμέσως μετά το πέρας της ακροαματικής διαδικασίας ο εισαγγελέας της έδρας πρό ΤΕΙνε την ενοχή του δράστη, χωρίς να του αναγνωριστεί κανένα ελαφρυντικό, πρόταση που έγινε αποδεκτή από την έδρα.

Μετά από μια ολιγόλεπτη διακοπή το δικαστήριο επέβαλε ποινή ισόβιας κάθειρξης για ανθρωποκτονία και 25 χρόνια κάθειρξης για βιασμό και εμπρησμό στον δράστη.

Και δεύτερη αυτοκτονία μέσα σε λίγες ώρες

Το πρώτο σοκ από την αυτοκτονία του νεαρού, διαδέχεται ένα δεύτερο σοκ, αφού όπως αποκαλύφθηκε άλλος ένας συμπολίτης μας έβαλε τέλος στη ζωή του στον Αποκόρωνα Χανίων.

Πρόκειται για έναν 61χρονο άντρα ο οποίος το πρωί εντοπίστηκε νεκρός μέσα σε μια λίμνη αίματος στο σπίτι συγγενικού του προσώπου στο χωριό Αμυγδάλου Καλαμίτσι στον Αποκόρωνα Χανίων..

Ο αυτόχειρας, προκάλεσε το θάνατό του με καραμπίνα καταφέροντας το μοιραίο χτύπημα στο πάνω μέρος του σώματός του, και συγκεκριμένα στη μασχάλη.

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες του Flashnews.gr, ο 61χρονος άφησε σημείωμα με το οποίο ζητά συγγνώμη από τους οικείους του και εξηγεί ότι δεν άντεχε άλλο τα οικονομικά του προβλήματα.

Ανεπιβεβαίωτες πληροφορίες, αναφέρουν ότι ο άτυχος άντρας έπασχε από την επάρατο νόσο.

Στο σημείο σπεύδει Αστυνομική δύναμη ενώ η σορός του 61χρονου θα διακομισθεί στο νοσοκομείο Χανίων για τη διενέργεια νεκροψίας - νεκροτομής.

Άσκησε δριμεία επίθεση σε Σαμαρά και Βενιζέλο, ενώ ξεκαθάρισε ότι κόμμακόμματα

Απέκλεισε κόμμακόμματα ο Πάνος Καμμένος στη συνέντευξη τύπου που παραχώρησε σήμερα στη ΔΕΘ. «Δεν υπάρχει καμιά πιθ κόμμακόμματα», δήλωσε ο Πρόεδρος των Ανεξάρτητων Ελλήνων Πάνος Καμμένος, ενώ σε ερώτηση τι θα πράξει αν έχει να επιλέξει ανάμεσα στον κ. Σαμαρά και στον κ. Τσίπρα δεν απάντησε, λέγοντας «είναι σαν να μου λέτε να παντρευτώ με το στανιό την άλλη εβδομάδα έναν από τους δυο».

Ως προς τα σενάρια εκλογών, σημείωσε ότι είναι πολύ πιθανό σε ενδεχόμενες εκλογές να δημιουργηθεί κυβέρνηση μεγάλου συνασπισμού, απορρ κόμμακόμματα. «Οι ΑΝΕΛ δεν θα κάνουν σε καμία περίπτωση πίσω στις θέσεις τους. Ωστόσο πιθ κόμμακόμματα και βουλευτές  για να βγει η χώρα από αυτή την κατάσταση. Εμείς είμαστε έτοιμοι και αύριο το πρωί για εκλογές».

Ο κ. Καμμένος εξέφρασε την εκτίμηση ότι οι σχηματισμοί της ΝΔ και του ΠΑΣΟΚ δεν θα υπάρχουν μετά τις εκλογές και εμφανίστηκε βέβαιος ότι τα αποτελέσματα θα είναι τέτ κόμμακόμματα και βουλευτές για τον σχηματισμό κυβέρνησης, βάζοντας ορισμένες «κόκκινες γραμμές», κυρίως στα εθνικά θέματα.

Κατηγόρησε τον Πρωθυπουργό Αντώνη Σαμαρά και τον αντιπρόεδρο της κυβέρνησης και πρόεδρο του ΠΑΣΟΚ Ευάγγελο Βενιζέλο ότι είπαν «ψέματα» στη ΔΕΘ και είπε ότι ο πρόεδρος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Αλέξης Τσίπρας άλλαξε θέση και από την καταγγελία του Μνημονίου τώρα μιλάει για επαναδιαπραγμάτευση. Το κόμμα του επιδιώκει τις εκλογές – όπως είπε - για να αλλάξει το σκηνικό.

«Εμείς λέμε την αλήθεια στο λαό και επιβεβαιωνόμαστε. Κάθε μέρα οι δανειστές επιβάλουν συνεχώς νέα μέτρα με σκοπό να καταργήσουν το εθνικά κυρίαρχο κράτος που λέγεται Ελλάδα»

Άσκησε δριμεία κριτική στον Σαμαρά λέγοντας ότι η παρουσία του στην ΔΕΘ ήταν «one night stand» και προσέθεσε ότι: «ο Σαμαράς το 2011 μιλούσε κατά των μνημονίων και τώρα με τον Βενιζέλο είναι εκτελεστές αυτής της πολιτικής που κατηγορούσαν».

Ο Πρόεδρος των Ανεξάρτητων Ελλήνων πρό ΤΕΙνε μηδενικό ΦΠΑ στα είδη πρώτης ανάγκης, φόρο 1% στις γονικές παροχές, μείωση της φορολογίας κάτω από το 8% για να ανταγωνιστούμε τις γειτονικές χώρες και καθορισμό της τιμής του πετρελαίου στο 1 ευρώ.

Ο κ. Καμμένος παρουσίασε το βασικό πλαίσιο των θέσεων του κόμματος, τις οικονομικές προτάσειςελληνική οικονομίαοικονομία.

«Χρειαζόμαστε ένα αξιόπιστο κράτος. Χάραξη μιας οικονομικής πολιτικής με γνώμονα την ανακούφιση του λαού και έμφαση στην εκπαίδευση. Πρέπει να σταματήσει επιτέλους η εκροή ελλήνων επιστημόνων στο εξωτερικό» σημείωσε ο κ. Καμμένος. Ταυτόχρονα, όπως υποστήριξε, «θέλουμε να ξεκινήσει ο λογιστικός έλεγχος του χρέους, να καταργηθεί το χρέος και να αρχίσει επιτέλους η διεκδίκηση του κατοχικού δανείου».
