Επισημαίνοντας, όμως, ότι η υστέρηση αυτή μπορεί να καλυφθεί τους επόμενους μήνες, με την πληρωμή των φόρων εισοδήματος και του ΦΑΠ.
«Τσεκούρι» έχει πέσει στο Πρόγραμμα Δημοσίων Επενδύσεων (ΠΔΕ), οι δαπάνες για το οποίο είναι στο 8μηνο μειωμένες κατά 71 εκατ. ευρώ σε σύγκριση με πέρυσι (2,544 δισ. ευρώ έναντι 2,615 δισ. ευρώ) και κατά 1,306 δισ. ευρώ σε σχέση με τον στόχο. 3. Το ύψος των καθαρών εσόδων του κρατικού προϋπολογισμού ανήλθε σε 34.943 εκατ. ευρώ παρουσιάζοντας αύξηση κατά 1.956 εκατ. ευρώ ή 5,9% έναντι του στόχου του οκταμήνου 2013 (32.987 εκατ. ευρώ).
Τα καθαρά έσοδα του τακτικού προϋπολογισμού ανήλθαν σε 30.964 εκατ. ευρώ, 1.157 εκατ. ευρώ ή 3,9%, υψηλότερα έναντι του στόχου του οκταμήνου (29.807 εκατ. ευρώ).

Τα έσοδα προ επιστροφών φόρων ανήλθαν σε 32 δισ. ευρώ, περίπου 500 εκατ. ευρώ υψηλότερα από το στόχο που είχε τεθεί. Ειδικότερα, για τον Αύγουστο, τα έσοδα προ επιστροφών του Τακτικού Προϋπολογισμού ανήλθαν σε 4,3 δισ. ευρώ, αυξημένα κατά 400 εκατ. ευρώ ή κατά 10,2% έναντι του μηνιαίου στόχου.Ενώ, τα καθαρά έσοδα του Τακτικού Προϋπολογισμού διαμορφώθηκαν σε 4,1 δισ. ευρώ, αυξημένα κατά 421 εκατ. ευρώ ή κατά 11,4% έναντι του μηνιαίου στόχου.

• Τα έσοδα από άμεσους φόρους παρουσίασαν υστέρηση κατά 158 εκατ. ευρώ ή 8,6% έναντι του μηνιαίου στόχου. Η υστέρηση αυτή αποδίδεται στα μειωμένα έσοδα από το φόρο εισοδήματος φυσικών προσώπων, λόγω των παρατάσεων που έχουν δοθεί στην υποβολή και, συνεπώς, στην εκκαθάριση των φορολογικών δηλώσεων, καθώς και στα έσοδα από άμεσους φόρους παρελθόντων οικονομικών ετών λόγω της καθυστερημένης αποστολής του Φόρου Ακίνητης Περιουσίας.
• Οι έμμεσοι φόροι είναι αυξημένοι κατά 494 εκατ. ευρώ ή κατά 26,5% έναντι του μηνιαίου στόχου. Για όλο το οκτάμηνο είναι 328 εκατ. ευρώ υψηλότεροι από τους στόχους. Μάλιστα, είναι υψηλότεροι κατά 15% σε σχέση ακόμα και με τον Αύγουστο του 2012, για δεύτερο συνεχόμενο μήνα μετά τον Ιούλιο.

Η μείωση αυτή οφείλεται κυρίως στη μείωση του συνόλου των πρωτογενών δαπανών κατά 2.840 εκατ. ευρώ ή ποσοστό 9,1% σε σχέση με την αντίστοιχη περίοδο του 2012, καθώς και στη μείωση των τόκων κατά 5.707 εκατ. ευρώ ή ποσοστό 51,6% σε σχέση με την αντίστοιχη περίοδο του 2012.
Οι πρωτογενείς δαπάνες μειώθηκαν τόσο έναντι του στόχου όσο και έναντι της αντίστοιχης περιόδου του 2012.
