Μεταξύ άλλων «να κατέβουν μαζί στις ευρω εκλογές ΝΔ και ΠΑΣΟΚ» πρό ΤΕΙνε ο κ. Πάγκαλος, σχολιάζοντας ότι οι φιλοευρωπαϊκές δυνάμεις μπορούν να συνυπάρξουν σε μία ευρύτερη παράταξη.

Υποστήριξε ότι υπάρχει ανάγκη για μια ευρύτερη φιλοευρωπαϊκή παράταξη. Με αφορμή τη συζήτηση για την επικαιροποίηση της προγραμματικής συμφωνίας ΝΔ- ΠΑΣΟΚ, ο κ.Πάγκαλος σχολίασε: «Το θέμα είναι τα προβλήματα επί των οποίων υπάρχει διαφωνία. Αυτά πρέπει να συζητήσουν με τον Σαμαρά κ κόμμα κόμματα που υπάρχουν στην κοινωνία και να τα συζητήσουν, από τη στιγμή που δεχόμαστε ένα ενιαίο πλαίσιο που είναι η αρχή της κοινοβουλευτικής Δημοκρατίας, του ευρωπαϊκού προσανατολισμού και της ύπαρξης της μεικτής οικονομίας μέσα στο πλαίσιο της αγοράς»και πρόσθεσε:

«Από τη στιγμή που δέχεσαι αυτές τις αρχές, ανήκεις στην ίδια ευρύτερη παράταξη. Και κατά τη γνώμη μου, στις ευρω εθνικές εκλογές εκλογές για να δώσουν βουλευτές, θα πρέπει αυτές οι δυνάμεις να κατέβουν μαζί. Δεν έχω αντίρρηση αν βάζετε σε αυτή τη σκέψη ΠΑΣΟΚ και ΝΔ μαζί. Σας λέω ότι οι δυνάμεις που πιστεύουν στο ελληνικό Σύνταγμα και την ευρώπη και δεν λένε μια μέσα, μια έξω, μια από εδώ και μια από εκεί και που πιστεύουν στη μικτή οικονομία και έχουν εγκαταλείψει τις κομμουνιστικές φαντασιώσεις περί Κράτους και μικτής οικονομίας, μπορούν να υπάρξουν μαζί».

Σύμφωνα με την ανακοίνωση της ΕΛ.ΑΣ ο Μπαγκλαντεσιανός «ξαφνικά έχασε τις αισθήσεις του και έπεσε στο πάτωμα».

Xθεσινά, όμως, δημοσιεύματα στο διαδίκτυο, έκαναν λόγο για άγριο ξυλοδαρμό μετανάστη, πυροδοτώντας σενάρια για τον αιφνίδιο θάνατο του άτυχου άνδρα.

Μετά την αναδημοσίευση του τραγικού γεγονότος από διάφορες ιστοσελίδες, η ΕΛΑΣ εξέδωσε, σήμερα, σχετική ανακοίνωση επιβεβαιώνοντας το θάνατο του 46χρονου μετανάστη μέσα στο ΑΤ Αγίου Παντελήμονα, χωρίς, ωστόσο, να αναφέρει τα ακριβή αίτια.

Ανακοινωση ΕΛΑΣ:

«Σχετικά με τα αναφερόμενα σε διάφορες ιστοσελίδες στο διαδίκτυο, περί θανάτου μετανάστη μέσα στο Αστυνομικό Τμήμα του Αγίου Παντελεήμονα ανακοινώνεται ότι:

• πρόκειται για 46χρονο υπήκοο Μπαγκλαντές, ιδιοκτήτη καταστήματος ψιλικών, επί της οδού Παρασίου 19 στον Άγιο Παντελεήμονα

• την 12.30 ώρα χθες (18-11-2013), εισήλθε στο κατάστημά του 28χρονος αλλοδαπός υπήκοος Αφγανιστάν, ο οποίος με την απειλή βίας του ζήτησε να του δώσει πακέτα τσιγάρων

• ο ιδιοκτήτης αντιδρώντας έκλεισε τα ρολά του καταστήματος, εγκλωβίζοντας τον δράστη και κάλεσε την Άμεση Δράση

• Ομάδα ΔΙ.ΑΣ μετέβη στο σημείο, συνέλαβε το δράστη και τον οδήγησε στο Τμήμα Ασφαλείας Αγίου Παντελεήμονα

• ο παθών – ιδιοκτήτης του καταστήματος κατά την προφορική εξιστόρηση του συμβάντος στους αρμόδιους αστυνομικούς, εντός του Τμήματος Ασφαλείας Αγίου Παντελεήμονα, ξαφνικά έχασε τις αισθήσεις του και έπεσε στο πάτωμα

• άμεσα ενημερώθηκε το Ε.Κ.Α.Β και διακομίστηκε στο νοσοκομείο ΕΛΠΙΣ, όπου διαπιστώθηκε ο θάνατός του.

Από το Τμήμα Ασφαλείας Αγίου Παντελεήμονα σχηματίσθηκε δικογραφία σε βάρος του 28χρονου αλλοδαπού δράστη για απόπειρα ληστείας, ενώ το οικείο Αστυνομικό Τμήμα διενεργεί προανάκριση για τον αιφνίδιο θάνατο του 46χρονου, στο πλαίσιο της οποίας έχει παραγγελθεί διενέργεια νεκροψίας-νεκροτομής».
