Μετά το βουλευτή του ΠΑΣΟΚ Μιχάλη Κασσή, ο οποίος προειδοποίησε χθες ότι χωρίς αλλαγές δεν πρόκειται να ψηφίσει τον φόρο ακινήτων, ακόμη ένας βουλευτής του συγκυβερνώντος ΠΑΣΟΚ, ο Θ. Μωραίτης, μιλώντας σήμερα σε τηλεοπτικό σταθμό, εξέφρασε ταυτόσημη θέση.

«Αν το σχέδιο για το φόρο ακινήτων παραμείνει ίδιο, δεν πρόκειται να περάσει, δεν πρόκειται να ψηφιστεί. Ο νόμος πρέπει να έχει άλλα χαρακτηριστικά και άλλη προοπτική, σύμφωνα με τα όσα ζητά το ΠΑΣΟΚ», είπε χαρακτηριστικά.

Ο κ. Κασσής και σήμερα επανέλαβε, μιλώντας σε τηλεοπτικό σταθμό, τις ίδιες θέσεις του. Για όλους αυτούς τους λόγους η κυβέρνηση είναι σε πλήρη εγρήγορση για αλλαγές στον ενιαίο φόρο ακινήτων, προκειμένου να ηρεμήσει τις κοινοβουλευτικές ομάδες και να ψηφιστεί ο σχετικός νόμος που είναι από τα βασικά προαπαιτούμενα της τρόικας.

Για το λόγο αυτό το Μέγαρο Μαξίμου έσ ΤΕΙλε εσπευσμένα τον σύμβουλο του Πρωθυπουργού, τον κ. Χρύσανθο Λαζαρίδη σε συνάντηση με τον αρμόδιο του ΠΑΣΟΚ για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα κ. Κουτσούκο.

Αυτό δείχνει πως το φλέγον ζήτημα του ενιαίου φόρου ακινήτων έχει ξεφύγει πλέον από τον υπουργό Οικονομικών κ. Στουρνάρα και βρίσκεται πλέον στα χέρια των δύο κοινοβουλευτικών ομάδων που θα αποφασίσουν τις αλλαγές, όμως και σε αυτή την περίπτωση η κυβέρνηση ετοιμάζεται να νομοθετήσει χωρίς την έγκριση της τρόικας, αφού δεν απαντά θετικά για κανένα από τα φλέγοντα νομοσχέδια που επίκεινται συμπεριλαμβανομένου του προϋπολογισμού.

Σε ιδιαιτέρως φιλικό κλίμα δείπνησαν το βράδυ της Δευτέρας, στη γνωστή ταβέρνα της Κηφισιάς, «Τηλέμαχος», ο πρωθυπουργός, Αντώνης Σαμαράς, ο υπουργός Εσωτερικών, Γιάννης Μιχελάκης και δήμαρχοι της Αττικής, που εκλέγονται στη Β' Αθηνών.

Ο πρωθυπουργός, αλλά και ο υπουργός Εσωτερικών, άκουσαν τις απόψεις των δημάρχων για το νομοσχέδιο που προωθεί η κυβέρνηση και προβλέπει τις αλλαγές στον τρόπο εκλογής δημάρχων και δημοτικών συμβούλων στις αυτοδιοικητικές εκλογές του Μαΐου 2014, ενώ ενημερώθηκαν και για τα θέματα που απασχολούν την Τοπική Αυτοδιοίκηση.

 

Η είδηση ωστόσο είναι ότι οι δήμαρχοι δεν είχαν ενημερωθεί για την παρουσία του Πρωθυπουργού, καθώς εκείνος εμφανίστηκε αιφνιδιαστικά στην ταβέρνα στις 10 το βράδυ.

Κάποιοι από τους δημάρχους μάλιστα είχαν αποφασίσει να μην παραστούν, προφανώς επειδή θεώρησαν ότι η προγραμματισμένη συνάντησή τους με τον υπουργό Εσωτερικών, κ. Γιάννη Μιχελάκη, θα ήταν υπόθεση ρουτίνας.

Ο πρωθυπουργός, ωστόσο, είχε διαφορετική άποψη και έδωσε κανονικά το «παρών», προκαλώντας... πανικό στους απόντες.

Αμέσως, σήμανε συναγερμός και όσοι απουσίαζαν σχεδόν... τσακίστηκαν για να ανέβουν στην Κηφισιά, με απόκλιση από μισή μέχρι μία ώρα, ανάλογα με την περιοχή που βρισκόταν ο καθένας.

Ο κ. Σαμαράς δεν άφησε να περάσει απαρατήρητη η απουσία τους και, απευθυνόμενος σε έναν εξ αυτών, του είπε: «Συγγνώμη, δήμαρχε, που έφτασα πριν από σένα».

Τότε, ο κ. Μιχελάκης πήρε το λόγο και, απευθυνόμενος προς τους παρευρισκόμενους, πρόσθεσε χαριτολογώντας: «Αν ταξιδέψεις με τον πρωθυπουργό, για να τον προλάβεις, πρέπει να φύγεις με την προηγούμενη πτήση!».

Ως προς τα σενάρια εκλογών, σημείωσε ότι είναι πολύ πιθανό σε ενδεχόμενες εκλογές να δημιουργηθεί κυβέρνηση μεγάλου συνασπισμού, απορρ κόμμακόμματα. «Οι ΑΝΕΛ δεν θα κάνουν σε καμία περίπτωση πίσω στις θέσεις τους. Ωστόσο πιθ κόμμακόμματα και βουλευτές  για να βγει η χώρα από αυτή την κατάσταση. Εμείς είμαστε έτοιμοι και αύριο το πρωί για εκλογές».

 

Ο κ. Καμμένος εξέφρασε την εκτίμηση ότι οι σχηματισμοί της ΝΔ και του ΠΑΣΟΚ δεν θα υπάρχουν μετά τις εκλογές και εμφανίστηκε βέβαιος ότι τα αποτελέσματα θα είναι τέτ κόμμακόμματα και βουλευτές για τον σχηματισμό κυβέρνησης, βάζοντας ορισμένες «κόκκινες γραμμές», κυρίως στα εθνικά θέματα.

Κατηγόρησε τον Πρωθυπουργό Αντώνη Σαμαρά και τον αντιπρόεδρο της κυβέρνησης και πρόεδρο του ΠΑΣΟΚ Ευάγγελο Βενιζέλο ότι είπαν «ψέματα» στη ΔΕΘ και είπε ότι ο πρόεδρος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Αλέξης Τσίπρας άλλαξε θέση και από την καταγγελία του Μνημονίου τώρα μιλάει για επαναδιαπραγμάτευση. Το κόμμα του επιδιώκει τις εκλογές – όπως είπε - για να αλλάξει το σκηνικό.

«Εμείς λέμε την αλήθεια στο λαό και επιβεβαιωνόμαστε. Κάθε μέρα οι δανειστές επιβάλουν συνεχώς νέα μέτρα με σκοπό να καταργήσουν το εθνικά κυρίαρχο κράτος που λέγεται Ελλάδα»

«Σχετικά με τη δυνατότητα εφαρμογής της νέας τεχνικής βάσης στον υπολογισμό των εφάπαξ παροχών από 1ης Ιανουαρίου του 2014, σας πληροφορούμε ότι υπάρχει αντικειμενική αδυναμία συλλογής των ασφαλιστικών στοιχείων των εισφορών του κάθε ασφαλισμένου, από την έναρξη της ασφάλισής του έως 31 Δεκεμβρίου του 2013, ώστε να συγκεντρωθούν στον ατομικό του λογαριασμό που θα τηρείται στον άλλο φορέα από 1ης Ιανουαρίου του 2014» αναφέρει ο κ. Βρούτσης.

Και προσθέ ΤΕΙ πως «ως εκ τούτου, λόγω των προβλημάτων που διαπιστώνονται στην εφαρμογή του νέου τρόπου υπολογισμού των εφάπαξ παροχών, το θέμα μελετάται και εξετάζονται εναλλακτικές λύσεις, έτσι ώστε να διασφαλίζονται αφενός τα ασφαλιστικά δικαιώματα των ασφαλισμένων και, αφετέρου, η οικονομική ισορροπία και βιωσιμότητα του συστήματος».

Ο υπουργός Εργασίας επισημαίνει, ωστόσο, πως «η εκτίμηση ότι τα εφάπαξ βοηθήματα που χορηγούν οι Τομείς Πρόνοιας θα μειωθούν με τον νέο τρόπο υπολογισμού, σε σχέση με τις σημερινές παροχές, δεν ευσταθεί, καθότι δεν είναι δυνατό να γίνει σήμερα τέτοιος υπολογισμός, αλλά ούτε και να εκτιμηθεί, από τη στιγμή που δεν είναι γνωστά σήμερα για τους τομείς, τα οικονομικά και στατιστικά δεδομένα της 31ης Δεκεμβρίου 2014 και εφεξής τα οποία θα χρησιμοποιηθούν στον νέο τρόπο υπολογισμού».

Το υπουργείο μελετά, όπως γίνεται γνωστό, τις απαιτούμενες προεργασίες για την πρακτική εφαρμογή, την απαιτούμενη μηχανογραφική υποστήριξη και τη διοικητική και τεχνική υποδομή που θα απαιτηθεί από τα Ταμεία για τον νέο τρόπο υπολογισμού του εφάπαξ βοηθήματος και την ομαλή μετάβαση από τους παλαιούς τρόπους υπολογισμού βάσει των καταστατικών διατάξεων των Ταμείων, στη νέα τεχνική βάση.

Στόχος των εργαζομένων στην μεταλλευτική βιομηχανία ΛΑΡΚΟ έγινε ο πρώην υπουργός Εσωτερικών Προκόπης Παυλόπουλος.

Οι εργαζόμενοι στη ΛΑΡΚΟ διαδήλωναν έξω από τη Βουλή και όταν εντόπισαν τον κ. Παυλόπουλο επιτέθηκαν εναντίον του καθυβρίζοντας τον με σκαιούς χαρακτηρισμούς. Ορισμένοι μάλιστα εκσφενδόνισαν εναντίον του μπουκάλια με νερό.

Σε φωτογραφίες που δημοσιεύτAppleApple.com/gr/iphone/">iPhoneinCanada φαίνεται το κουAppleApple.com/gr/iphone/">iPhone, όπου διακρίνεται ένας μεταλλικός δακτύλιος – κάτι σαν μικροσκοπική κάμερα - μέσα στο κλασικό κεντρικό πλήκτρο. Η αλλαγή αυτή θεωρείται ότι φέρνει την ενσωμάτωση βιομετρικού αισθητήρα, μέσω του οποίου θα αναγνωρίζεται το δακτυλικό αποτύπωμα του χρήστη και έτσι θα είναι περισσότερο αποτελεσματικό το κλείδωμα της συσκευής.

Ο γνωστός πια «πονοκέφαλος», για την πάντα μυστικοπαθή εταιρεία από το Κουπερτίνο, Αυστραλός Sonny Dickson, δημοσίευσε επίσης μια φωτογραφία με όλο το υποσύστημα του επανασχεδιασμένου κεντρικού πλήκτρου, στην οποία διακρίνεται καλύτερα η θεωρούμενη από τους περισσότερους μικροκάμερα, σημειώνοντας πάντως ότι αυτή και μόνο η αλλαγή δεν επιβεβαιώνει ότι την ύπαρξη του αισθητήρα αναγνώρισης δακτυλικών αποτυπωμάτων.

Σε άλλη φωτογραφία που δημοσιεύτηκε στο macrumors.com, υποτίθεται ότι εικονίζεται η πίAppleApple.com/gr/iphone/">iPhone 5S και φαίνεται η αλλαγή στο φλας, το οποίο πλέον θα είναι διπλό LED. Gb RAM και θα είναι διαθέσιμη σε εκδόσεις των 16, 32 και 64 Gb. Η οθόνη

είναι μάλλον βέβαιο ότι θα παραμείνει στις 4 ίντσες, παρά το γεγονός

ότι σύμφωνα με παλαιότερο δημοσίευμα της Wall Street Journal, η Apple –

πιεζόμενη από τον ανταγωνισμAppleApple.com/gr/iphone/">iPhones με οθόνη 6

ιντσών. Πιθανότατα, πάντως, μεγαλύτερης χωρητικότητας θα είναι η

μπαταρία του νέου μοντέλου, σε μια προσπάθεια της Apple να απαντήσει σε

Τα μέλη του ακροδεξιού κόμματος συγκεντρώθηκαν στο χώρο όπου δόθηκε η μάχη των Θερμοπυλών με σκοπό να τιμήσουν το μεγάλο στρατάρχη και τους υπόλοιπους Έλληνες που έδωσαν τη ζωή τους για να σταματήσουν την προέλαση των Περσών. Αυτό όμως που ξεκίνησε ως τιμητική τελετή, συναισθήματα αγάπης εξελίχθηκε σε ένα ναζιστικό, παραστρατιωτικό υπερθέαμα. Τι απαντά η Χρυσή Αυγή

Πάντως, έπειτα από το σάλο που προκλήθηκε με το εθνικιστικό σόου στις Θερμοπύλες και την έκταση που πήρε το θέμα, η Χρυσή Αυγή εξέδωσε ανακοίνωση στην οποία κάνει λόγο για έναν «οχετό ύβρεων και άθλιας παραπληροφόρησης» κατά του Εθνικιστικού Κινήματος.

11. ΚΕΡΑΣΤΕ ΤΟΝ ΕΑΥΤΟ ΣΑΣ ΕΝΑ ΓΛΥΚΟ

Το να φάτε ή να πιείτε κάτι γλυκό είναι καταπραϋντικό, διότι στηρίζεται η παραγωγή της ορμόνης του στρες, γλυκοκορτικοειδή. Δεν είναι όμως μια δικαιολογία για να εξαπολύσει το συναισθηματικό φαγητό σας στο μηχάνημα αυτόματης πώλησης του γραφείου.

12. ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΑΛΛΗ ΚΑΘΙΣΤΕ ΜΠΡΟΣΤΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΟΘΟΝΗ

Ναι, οι οθόνες μπορεί να σας αγχώνουν, αλλά αν τις χρησιμοποιείτε με το σωστό τρόπο, δεν υπάρχει κανένας λόγος να μην μπορείτε να στραφείτε προς στο internet για να πάρετε μια μικρή ανακούφιση από το στρες.

13. ΜΑΣΗΣΤΕ ΤΣΙΧΛΑ
