Στο επίμαχο τμήμα βρίσκονται οι ιδιοκτησίες των εταιρειών Μουζάκη και Λαναρά, ενώ προβλέπεται, με τη σύμφωνη γνώμη του Δήμου Αθηναίων, η ανέγερση πολυκέντρου (εμπορικά καταστήματα, εστιατόρια, γραφεία κ.ά.) με την επωνυμία Academy Gardens της εταιρείας Artume.
Ειδικότερα, στο Ανώτατο Ακυρωτικό δικαστήριο έχουν προσφύγει 42 κάτοικοι της Ακαδημίας Πλάτωνος και ζητούν να ανασταλεί και να ακυρωθεί το από 29.4.2013 Προεδρικό Διάταγμα για την «τροποποίηση του συντελεστή δόμησης των οικοπέδων και του μέγιστου επιτρεπόμενου ύψους των κτιρίων στην περιοχή γύρω από τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο Ακαδημίας Πλάτωνος του ρυμοτομικού σχεδίου Αθηνών».
Τον περασμένο Απρίλιο το ΣτΕ είχε επεξεργαστεί το επίμαχο διάταγμα και είχε επισημάνει ότι για την πληρέστερη προστασία του αρχαιολογικού χώρου οι όροι και περιορισμοί δόμησης του τομέα ΙΙΙ που περικλείεται από τις οδούς Λένορμαν, Κηφισό και Ιφιγενείας, δεν πρέπει να υπερβαίνουν το μέσο συντελεστή δόμησης που προβλέπει το Γενικό Πολεοδομικό Σχέδιο (Γ.Π.Σ.) και πρέπει να ορισθεί μέγιστος συντελεστής δόμησης 2,1 και μέγιστο ύψος κτιρίων τα 15 μέτρα, όπως επίσης ότι ο τομέας ΙΙ, που περικλείεται από τις οδούς Λένορμαν, Ηρούς, Έμμονος και Αλεξανδρείας, έπρεπε να ενοποιηθεί με τον τομέα ΙΙΙ.
Όμως, το υπουργείο περιβάλλοντός δεν έλαβε υπ’ όψη του τις παρατηρ"Γονείς ελικόπτερα" ή Υπερπροστατευτικοί γονείςσεις του ΣτΕ και στο επίμαχο Προεδρικό Διάταγμα που εξέδωσε καθορίζει, συντελεστή δόμησης και μέγιστο επιτρεπόμενο ύψος μόνο για τους τομείς Ι και ΙΙ και δεν κάνει καμία αναφορά για τις συνθήκες οικοδόμησης στον τομέα ΙΙΙ. Αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα στον επίμαχο τομέα ΙΙΙ να μπορούν να κτιστούν ακίνητα με τους παλαιούς όρους δόμησης, οι οποίοι δεν έχουν θεσπιστεί με γνώμονα την προστασία του αρχαιολογικού άλσους της Ακαδημίας Πλάτωνος. Το παλαιό καθεστώς οικοδόμησης προβλέπει συντελεστή δόμησης 2,4, μέγιστη κάλυψη το 70% και ανώτερο ύψος τα 18 μέτρα.
Κατόπιν αυτών, η πρόεδρος του Ε΄ Τμήματος του ΣτΕ, επικαλούμενου και Οικολογικού Τμήματος, Αγγελική Θεοφιλοπούλου, εξέδωσε προσωρινή διαταγή με την οποία διατάσσει τη μη έκδοση οικοδομικών αδειών στα τμήματα ΙΙ και ΙΙΙ της Ακαδημίας Πλάτωνος. Η προσωρινή διαταγή δόθηκε, προκειμένου «να αποτραπεί η δημιουργία μη αναστρέψιμων πραγματικών καταστάσεων στην περιοχή, η οποία γειτνιάζει με το σημαντικότατο αρχαιολογικό χώρο της Ακαδημίας Πλάτωνος».
Η προσωρινή διαταγή ισχύει μέχρι να εκδοθεί απόφαση από το αρμόδιο Τμήμα Αναστολών του Συμβουλίου της Επικρατείας.

Οι εργαζόμενοι της υπηρεσίας στο υπουργείο Εργασίας (ασφαλιστικά ταμεία, ΟΑΕΔ κλπ) εξήγγειλαν επαναλαμβανόμενες πενθήμερες απεργίες, αρχής γενομένης από τις 16 Σεπ Τεμβρίου, διαμαρτυρόμενοι για τη διαθεσιμότητα 600 συναδέλφων τους.
«Δεν περισσεύει κανένας, αν αποχωρήσουν κι άλλοι υπάλληλοι» τόνισε ο πρόεδρος των εργαζομένων του ΙΚΑ, Γιώργος Κυριακόπουλος.
Και συμπλήρωσε: «Θα κάνουν διπλάσιο χρόνο να εκδοθούν οι κύριες συντάξεις. Ήδη, η καθυστέρηση φτάνει τους 15 μήνες, ενώ σε κάποια υποκαταστήματα της περιφέρειας, όπως της Χαλκίδας, φτάνουν τους 24».
Σύμφωνα με τους συνδικαλιστές του ΟΑΕΔ, οι εγγεγραμμένοι άνεργοι έχουν ξεπεράσει το 1.000.000. Κάτι το οποίο αποφεύγει να δημοσιοποιήσει ο Οργανισμός, καθώς δεν έχει ανακοινώσει τα στοιχεία για την ανεργία εδώ και τέσσερις μήνες, όπως αναφέρει το newmoney.gr.

Σύμφωνα με τον «Ελεύθερο Τύπο», η παραδοχή των λανθασμένων υπολογισμών έγινε μάλιστα από τον ίδιο το διοικητή του Ιδρύματος, Ροβέρτο Σπυρόπουλο, ο οποίος απέσ ΤΕΙλε χθες σχετικό έγγραφο προς τις αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες, τις οποίες και καλεί να σταματήσουν να διορθώνουν τα λάθη στις μειώσεις των συντάξεων που εντοπίζουν οι ίδιοι οι συνταξιούχοι, πηγαίνοντας στα υποκαταστήματα, καθώς στο εξής, όπως αναφέρει, η διαδικασία αυτή θα γίνει μαζικά για όλες τις συντάξεις όλων των Ταμείων κι εκεί θα φανεί αυτόματα πόσοι είχαν μεγαλύτερες μειώσεις από αυτές που δικαιολογούν οι μνημονιακοί νόμοι, οπότε και θα πρέπει να τους επιστραφούν τα ποσά, αλλά και πόσοι γλίτωσαν τις περικοπές, επειδή τα Ταμεία τους δεν είχαν αποστείλει τα ακριβή στοιχεία στο Ενιαίο Σύστημα Πληρωμής Συντάξεων της ΗΔΙΚΑ. Πλέον, κατόπιν... εορτής, το ΙΚΑ προχωρά σε επανέλεγχο των περικοπών στα ποσά των συντάξεων, έπειτα από τη διαπίστωση ότι υπήρξαν περιπτώσεις κατά τις οποίες παρακρατήθηκαν μεγαλύτερα ποσά και άλλες, όπου δεν έγιναν οι μειώσεις που είχαν προβλεφθεί.
Τα λάθη που έγιναν στη διαδικασία προσαρμογής των συντάξεων, είχαν σαν αποτέλεσμα να μην περικοπούν κατά 12% όλες οι συντάξεις άνω των 1.300 ευρώ, ενώ σε άλλες περιπτώσεις έγιναν μειώσεις αδίκως.

Σε δύο διατάξεις περιορίζονται οι ενστάσεις των δικηγόρων αναφορικά με τον νέο Κώδικα που επεξεργάζεται η αρμόδια επιτ ροπή της Βουλής και θα ψηφιστεί την ερχόμενη εβδομάδα από το τρίτο θερινό τμήμα του κοινοβουλίου.Συγκεκριμένα, σύμφωνα με τις τοποθετήσεις εκπροσώπων των δικηγορικών συλλόγων της χώρας οι ε< δικηγόροδικηγόρο< δικηγόροδικηγόρους του Δημόσιου τομέα) και σε εκείνη που καθορίζει τα ποσοστά εισφορών στα διπλότυπα γραμμάτια είσπραξης στα Δικαστήρια.
Πέραν αυτών, ιδιαίτερη αιχμηρή ήταν η τοποθέτηση του προέδρου του δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών Γιάννη Αδαμόπουλου ο οποίος άσκησε κριτική στον υπουργό Οικονομικών Γιάννη Στουρνάρα αλλά και σε όσους υποστηρίζουν ότι το δικηγορικό επάγγελμα είναι κλειστό.
Πιο αναλυτικά, ο κ. Αδαμόπουλος είπε ότι: «Ο κ. Στουρνάρας δεν ζητα την απελευθέρωση του επαγγέλματος λόγω τρόικας. Τα ίδια έλεγε και πριν 25 χρόνια. Υπάρχουν όλα αυτά στις εκθέσεις του ΙΟΒΕ. Δεν είναι λοιπόν απόψεις της τρόικας αλλά εσωτερικών συμφερόντων και απόψεων» και πρόσθεσε «πολλοί χρησιμοποιούν την καραμέλα για το άνοιγμα του επαγγέλματος. Όμως με όσα μέτρα έχουν ληφθεί το επάγγελμα κλείνει. Δεν ανοίγει».
Ο πρόεδρος μάλιστα κατέθεσε συγκεκριμένα στοιχεία για να υποστηρίζει την ομιλίας του σύμφωνα με τα οποία:
Το 2010 εισήλθαν στον ΔΣΑ 1.005 νέα μέλη και εξήλθαν 642. Το 2011, εισήλθαν 1.049 και έφυγαν 642 ενώ το 2012 μπήκαν 850 και εξήλθαν 721. Από τους 850 μάλιστα μόλις οι 255 έμειναν τελικά ενεργά μέλη του δικηγορικού κλάδου.
Εξίσου, αποκαλυπτικά είναι τα νούμερα για τις παραστάσεις των δικηγόρων καθώς και για τις συνάψεις συμβολαίων. Συγκεκριμένα, σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία του κ. Αδαμόπουλου: το 2011 δόθηκαν 1.056.000 παραστάσεις και το 2012 9 δικηγόροδικηγόροι δεν είχαν καμία παράσταση ενώ πάνω από 50 πα δικηγόροδικηγόροι (1/20 του συνόλου).
