Όπως έγινε γνωστό από την ΕΚΧΑ, τα στοιχεία θα παραμείνουν αναρτημένα για δύο μήνες -έως τις 13 Ιανουαρίου 2014- στα γραφεία κτηματογράφησης.

Μάλιστα, για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των δικαιούχων, στο γραφείο κτηματογράφησης έχουν ήδη αποσταλεί ταχυδρομικώς αποσπάσματα από τους κτηματολογικούς πίνακες και τα διαγράμματα, σπαθουλασ ψυχολογοσ στη διεύθυνση επικοινωνίας που έχει δηλωθεί από κάθε πολίτη.

Σύμφωνα πάντα με την ΕΚΧΑ, ψυχολογοσ ιλισια σκοπός της ανάρτησης είναι να δοθεί η δυνατότητα στους ιδιοκτήτες ακίνητης περιουσίας να λάβουν γνώση της καταγραφής των ιδιοκτησιών τους, ώστε να ελέγξουν, να επιβεβαιώσουν ή και να διορθώσουν τυχόν σφάλματα. Η διαδικασία αυτή διασφαλίζει ότι η κτηματολογική βάση θα ολοκληρωθεί σωστά και δεν θα υπάρχουν προβλήματα στη μετέπειτα λειτουργία του κτηματολογίου στην περιοχή.

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ανάρτησης, που περιλαμβάνει την υποβολή και εξέταση αιτήσεων διόρθωσης/ ενστάσεων και την αντίστοιχη διόρθωση στους κτηματολογικούς πίνακες, τα προσωρινά κτηματολογικά στοιχεία οριστικοποιούνται, τελειώνει η μελέτη κτηματογράφησης και ξεκινά να λειτουργεί το Εθνικό Κτηματολόγιο στη συγκεκριμένη περιοχή στη θέση του υποθηκοφυλακείου.

Όσον αφορά την ηλεκτρονική ανάρτηση κτηματογράφησης, κάθε δικαιούχος μπορεί να δει τα στοιχεία της ανάρτησης που τον αφορούν και ηλεκτρονικά, Βρέφη μέσω της ιστοσελίδας του Κτηματολογίου www.ktimatologio.gr στο portal e-ΚΤΗΜΑΤΟΛΟΓΙΟ Ηλεκτρονικές Υπηρεσίες.

Ο πρωθυπουργός, αλλά και ο υπουργός Εσωτερικών, άκουσαν τις απόψεις των δημάρχων για το νομοσχέδιο που προωθεί η κυβέρνηση και προβλέπει τις αλλαγές στον τρόπο εκλογής δημάρχων και δημοτικών συμβούλων στις αυτοδιοικητικές εκλογές του Μαΐου 2014, ενώ ενημερώθηκαν και για τα θέματα που απασχολούν την Τοπική Αυτοδιοίκηση.

 

Η είδηση ωστόσο είναι ότι οι δήμαρχοι δεν είχαν ενημερωθεί για την παρουσία του Πρωθυπουργού, καθώς εκείνος εμφανίστηκε αιφνιδιαστικά στην ταβέρνα στις 10 το βράδυ.

Κάποιοι από τους δημάρχους μάλιστα είχαν αποφασίσει να μην παραστούν, προφανώς επειδή θεώρησαν ότι η προγραμματισμένη συνάντησή τους με τον υπουργό Εσωτερικών, κ. Γιάννη Μιχελάκη, θα ήταν υπόθεση ρουτίνας.

Ο πρωθυπουργός, ωστόσο, είχε διαφορετική άποψη και έδωσε κανονικά το «παρών», προκαλώντας... πανικό στους απόντες.

Αμέσως, σήμανε συναγερμός και όσοι απουσίαζαν σχεδόν... τσακίστηκαν για να ανέβουν στην Κηφισιά, σπουδεσ στην ψυχολογια με απόκλιση από μισή μέχρι μία ώρα, ανάλογα με την περιοχή που βρισκόταν ο καθένας.

Ο κ. Σαμαράς δεν άφησε να περάσει απαρατήρητη η απουσία τους και, απευθυνόμενος σε έναν εξ αυτών, του είπε: «Συγγνώμη, δήμαρχε, που έφτασα πριν από σένα».

Τότε, ο κ. Μιχελάκης πήρε το λόγο και, απευθυνόμενος προς τους παρευρισκόμενους, πρόσθεσε χαριτολογώντας: «Αν ταξιδέψεις με τον πρωθυπουργό, για να τον προλάβεις, πρέπει να φύγεις με την προηγούμενη πτήση!».

Καταλήψεις στο πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών

Σε κινητοποιήσεις υποστήριξης των απεργιακών κινητοποιήσεων των διοικητικών υπαλλήλων προχωρούν ομάδες φοιτητών στο πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Απόφαση για κατάληψη έλαβαν χθες η Φυσικομαθηματική Σχολή (Τμήματα Μαθηματικών, Φυσική, Χημείας, Βιολογίας) στην Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Ζωγράφου, το Παιδαγωγικό τμήμα και αυτό της Πληροφορικής. Παράλληλα, υπό κατάληψη τελεί και η Νομική Σχολή της Αθήνας.

Στον αντίποδα, στο Πολυτεχνείο από χθες το τμήμα πολιτικών Μηχανικών αποφάσισε να λήξει την κατάληψη και να ξεκινήσει η εξεταστική που εκκρεμεί από το Σεπτέμβριο, ενώ την ίδια απόφαση έλαβε και το τμήμα των Χημικών Μηχανικών.

Αντίθετα σε άλλες τρεις Σχολές –Ναυπηγών, Μεταλλειολόγων Μηχανικών και Εφαρμοσμένων Μαθηματικών & Φυσικών Επιστημών– οι γενικές συνελεύσεις των φοιτητικών συλλόγων αποφάσισαν να συνεχίσουν την κατάληψη.

Απεργία και σε πανεπιστήμια της περιφέρειας

Συμπαράταξη στην απεργία των διοικητικών υπαλλήλων του πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και τις κινητοποιήσεις των εργαζόμενων στο Εθνικό Μετσόβιο Πολυτεχνείο αποφάσισαν ΘεσσαλονίκηΘεσσαλονίκης. Οι διοικητικές υπηρεσίες των δυο ιδρυμάτων θα μείνουν κλειστές μέχρι την Παρασκευή, χωρίς όμως αυτό να επηρεάζει την πραγματοποίηση των μαθημάτων.

Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι και στα δυο πανεπιστήμια έχει ήδη ολοκληρωθεί ομαλά η εξεταστική του Σεπ Τεμβρίου, ενώ διεξάγονται και τα μαθήματα του χειμερινού εξαμήνου.

Αναμονή για την απόφαση του δικαστηρίου

Χθες το υπουργείο Παιδείας κατέθεσε νέα προσφυγή στο Πρωτοδικείο της Αθήνας για να κριθεί παράνομη και καταχρηστική η απεργία των διοικητικών υπαλλήλων του πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και του Εθνικού Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου.

Αν τελικά το δικαστήριο κρίνει ότι η απεργία είναι όχι μόνο παράνομη (όπως υποστήριζε η προηγούμενη απόφαση) αλλά και καταχρηστική, τότε θεμελιώνεται το νομικό «πάτημα» που επιθυμεί διακαώς το υπουργείο Παιδείας για να ανοίξουν τα δυο ιδρύματα.

Χθες ο υπουργός Παιδείας Κων. Αρβανιτόπουλος απηύθυνε νέα έκκληση σε πανεπιστημιακούς και φοιτητές να ανοίξουν τα ιδρύματα και τους υπαλλήλους να σταματήσουν, έστω και την ύστατη στιγμή τις κινητοποιήσεις.

Ασφυκτικά τα περιθώρια για το εξάμηνο

Χαμένη είναι και αυτή η εβδομάδα στο πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και το Εθνικό Μετσόβιο Πολυτεχνείο. Σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 33, του νόμου – πλαισίου του 2011 αν για οποιονδήποτε λόγο ο αριθμός των εβδομάδων διδασκαλίας που πραγματοποιήθηκαν σε ένα μάθημα είναι μικρότερος από τις δεκατρείς, το μάθημα θεωρείται ότι δεν διδάχθηκε και δεν εξετάζεται, τυχόν δε εξέτασή του είναι άκυρη και ο βαθμός δεν υπολογίζεται για την απονομή του τίτλου σπουδών.

Αυτό στην πράξη σημαίνει ότι το εξάμηνο ήδη έχει χαθεί για τους φοιτητές του ΕΚΠΑ και του ΕΜΠ, διότι μέχρι την επόμενη εξεταστική απομένουν περίπου οκτώ εβδομάδες, εάν αφαιρέσουμε τις διακοπές των Χριστουγέννων.
