Η γνωστή παρουσιάστρια σχολίαζε το νέο τραγούδι του Πάνου Κιάμου και έλεγε πόσο της αρέσει, όταν η Κατερίνα Καραβάτου τη διέκοψε γιατί άκουσε τις βροντές. Έτσι, η παρέα της εκπομπής ξεκίνησε να συζητά για τον καιρό.

Όταν ακούστηκε, μάλιστα, η βροντή ακόμα και μέσα στο στούντιο, ο Παύλος Σταματόπουλοςπρό ΤΕΙνε χιουμοριστικά να σταματήσουν την εκπομπή, με την Κωνσταντίνα Σπυροπούλου να σχολιάζει: «Εγώ αγαπάω τη δουλειά μου και θα μείνω», σχόλιο στο οποίο, επίσης, δεν απάντησε κανείς.

Στη συνέχεια, Καθαρισμοι τζακιων όμως, η ίδια είπε στους συνεργάτες της: «Το έχετε προσέξει ότι γειώνετε όλα τα θέματά μου σήμερα;».

Ο Παύλος Σταματόπουλος είπε: « παιδί μου, ακούς τι γίνεται έξω;» και η Κωνσταντίνα Σπυροπούλου συνέχισε τα παράπονά της λέγοντας: «Κι εγώ τι να κάνω;».

Ο 31χρονος κατηγορείται πως αποπλάνησε το 13χρονο παιδί σε ξενοδοχείο της Πάτρας, τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2012

Η απόφαση αυτή ελήφθη παρά την πρόταση της Εισαγγελέως Αμαλιάδας ο 31χρονος να καταδικαστεί σε περισσότερα χρόνια και να του επιβληθεί μεγαλύτερη χρηματική ποινή.

Σύμφωνα με την Εφημερίδα «Πρωινή», ο κατηγορούμενος γνώριζε το ανήλικο αγόρι και την οικογένειά του, αφού το κατάστημα που διατηρούσε βρισκόταν κοντά στην περιοχή που ζούσε το παιδί.

Όπως ανέφερε στο δικαστήριο ο κατηγορούμενος, τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2012 οδήγησε τον ανήλικο σε ξενοδοχείο της Πάτρας, ισχυριζόμενος ότι το ίδιο το παιδί είχε ζητήσει να πλυθεί σε κάποιο μπάνιο, αφού είχε λερωθεί μετά από κάποιους αγώνες στους οποίους συμμετείχε.

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες ο ανήλικος, φέρεται να κατέθεσε ότι ο 31χρονος δεν τον βίασε, αλλά του ζήτησε να υποκύψει σε κάποιες σεξουαλικές προτάσεις. Σύμφωνα με υπαλλήλους του ξενοδοχείου, οι επισκέψεις του 31χρονου με το ανήλικο αγόρι ήταν δύο και την δεύτερη κάλεσαν την Αστυνομία, θεωρώντας ότι κάτι περίεργο συνέβαινε.

Από την ιατροδικαστική έρευνα φαίνεται να προέκυψε ότι δεν υπήρξε βιασμός, ενώ σε αυτή την άποψη φέρεται κατέληξε και ο ψυχίατρος που εξέτασε τον ανήλικο, ωστόσο το δικαστήριο δεν πείστηκε ότι δεν υπήρξε ασέλγεια, μια κατηγορία που όταν αφορά σε ανηλίκους εμπίπ ΤΕΙ στην κατηγορία του βιασμού.

Ο 31χρονος έχει ήδη προφυλακιστεί για την υπόθεση και έχει ήδη εκτίσει έναν χρόνο.

100 νέες διώξεις τοv μήνα σε επιόρκους του Δημοσίου

Από διευθυντές του ΙΚΑ μέχρι αστυνομικούς και από υπαλλήλους του ΣΔΟΕ και γιατρούς μέχρι καθηγητές  πανεπιστημίου βρίσκονται στη λίστα των 800 υπαλλήλων που διώκονται το οκτάμηνο του 2013

Οπως αποκαλύπ ΤΕΙ σήμερα το «ΘΕΜΑ», με βάση τα στοιχεία που έχουν κοινοποιηθεί στον Γενικό Επιθεωρητή Δημόσιας Διοίκησης κ. Λέανδρο Ρακιντζή, κατά το πρώτο 8μηνο του 2013 έχουν ασκηθεί από τις εισαγγελικές αρχές της χώρας συνολικά 800 ποινικές διώξεις σε δημόσιους υπαλλήλους, με την ευρύτερη έννοια του όρου. Η απλή μαθηματική προσέγγιση του φαινομένου αυτού -της τάξης των 100 ποινικών διώξεων ανά μήνα-, αλλά κυρίως η ποιοτική ανάλυση των συγκεκριμένων δεδομένων καταδεικνύουν τις πραγματικές διαστάσεις της κατάστασης που επικρατεί στη Δημόσια Διοίκηση.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό αποδεικνύεται ότι μεγάλος αριθμός υπαλλήλων, οι οποίοι έδωσαν τον όρκο να υπηρετούν το Σύνταγμα και τους νόμους, δεν το έπραξαν, αφού βαρύνονται με σχεδόν ολόκληρο τον Ποινικό Κώδικα, ενώ σε κάποιους εξ αυτών αποδίδονται εξαιρετικά σοβαρά αδικήματα. Μεταξύ αυτών έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί συλλήψεις και έχουν συνταχθεί βαρύτατα κατηγορητήρια για σύσταση και συμμετοχή σε εγκληματική οργάνωση, νομιμοποίηση εσόδων από εγκληματική δραστηριό­τητα κατ’ επάγγελμα, υπεξαιρέσεις μεγάλων ποσών κατ’ εξακολούθηση, πλαστογραφίες και νόθευση εγγράφων, παραβάσεις του νόμου περί ναρκωτικών, απιστία στην υπηρεσία, παθητική δωροδοκία.

Υπάρχουν βέβαια και αρκετές περιπτώσεις ειδεχθών εγκλημάτων που φέρεται να διαπράχθηκαν από εκπαιδευτικούς και αφορούν σε βιασμό παιδιών, αιμομιξία, αποπλάνηση, ασέλγεια και πορνογραφία ανηλίκων.

Στην πρώτη θέση της παραβατικότητας κατά τη φετινή χρονιά βρίσκεται το αδίκημα της παράβασης καθήκοντος κατά τον Ποινικό Κώδικα ή άλλους ειδικούς ποινικούς νόμους, το οποίο -εκτός της εξέλιξης του ποινικού σκέλους της υπόθεσης- οδηγεί σε αυτοδίκαιη αργία όσους ελέγχονται και πειθαρχικά. Για το ζήτημα αυτό ο κ. Ρακιντζής, μιλώντας στο «ΘΕΜΑ», σημειώνει: «Από τις ποινικές διώξεις που κοινοποιούνται στο γραφείο του ΓΕΔΔ σύμφωνα με τις κείμενες διατάξεις διαπιστώνεται ότι συνεχίζεται η παραβατικότητα των δημοσίων υπαλλήλων, αλλά και άλλων δημοσίων λειτουργών και οργάνων. Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις υπάρχει έγγραφό μας προς τις αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες τους προκειμένου να αρχίσει ή να επισπευσθεί η πειθαρχική διαδικασία από τα μονομελή πειθαρχικά όργανα των δημοσίων φορέων στους οποίους υπάγονται οργανικά αυτοί κατά των οποίων ασκήθηκαν ποινικές διώξεις για ποινικά αδικήματα που αποτελούν ταυτόχρονα και πειθαρχικά παραπτώματα ή εκδόθηκαν για τον ίδιο λόγο παραπεμπτικά βουλεύματα ή καταδικαστικές αποφάσεις. Υπενθυμίζουμε, δε, την υποχρέωση θέσης τους σε αργία όπου αυτό επιβάλλεται».

Επιπλέον, ο Γενικός Επιθεωρητής Δημόσιας Διοίκησης αναφέρει ότι «ζητείται αρμοδίως, όπου επιβάλλεται, η παράσταση πολιτικής αγωγής για βλάβη που υπέστη το Δημόσιο ή το νομικό πρόσωπο από τις έκνομες πράξεις του ποινικά διωκόμενου», προσθέτοντας ότι «η συνεργασία μας με τον υπουργό Διοικητικής Μεταρρύθμισης και Ηλεκτρονικής Δια κυβέρνησης κ. Κυριάκο Μητσοτάκη, ο οποίος στηρίζει αμέριστα το έργο μας προς την κατεύθυνση του ταχέως και αποτελεσματικού πειθαρχικού ελέγχου των παρανομούντων, είναι άψογη και συνεχής».

Διευθυντής στο ΙΚΑ ζητούσε «γρηγορόσημο» 10.000 ευρώ

Ποινική δίωξη για

α) παθητική δωροδοκία,

β) εκβίαση κατά συρροή,

 γ) παράβαση καθήκοντος κατ’ εξακολούθηση,

δ) ηθική αυτουργία σε παράβαση καθήκοντος ασκήθηκε κατά διευθυντή και ΕλλάδαΕλλάδας. Σύμφωνα με το κατηγορητήριο, ο διευθυντής της τοπικής υπηρεσίας ζήτησε 10.000 ευρώ για τη διεκπεραίωση υπόθεσης πολίτη εκβιάζοντάς την. Αυτό τουλάχιστον αναφέρεται στην περίπτωση ιδιοκτήτριας νεοανεγειρόμενης οικοδομής, η οποία επισκέφτηκε για υπόθεσή της την υπηρεσία.

«Ο διευθυντής τής δήλωσε ότι θα πρέπει να διενεργηθεί αυτοψία στην οικοδομή της, η οποία θα καθυστερήσει πολύ, καθώς υπάρχουν πολλοί εργοδότες που περιμένουν μήνες για τη διενέργεια αυτοψίας, και της ανέφερε ότι είναι σίγουρος ότι υπάρχουν παρανομίες στο οίκημά της. Για την εξυπηρέτηση αυτή θα πρέπει να δώσει κάποια χρήματα γιατί όπως της είπε "έτσι γίνονται τα πράγματα. Αν έρθουμε με μεζούρα θα τα βρούμε όλα στον πόντο;"».

Δάσκαλος πολεμικών τεχνών ασελγούσε σε 12χρονη

Σε ποινή φυλάκισης 5 ετών καταδικάστηκε πρόσφατα ΕλλάδαΕλλάδας για ασέλγεια σε μαθήτρια. Σύμφωνα με το κατηγορητήριο, ο υπάλληλος που εργαζόταν ως προπονητής σε γυμναστήριο του δήμου παρέσυρε 12χρονη μαθήτριά του σε απόμερο χώρο της εγκατάστασης, με το πρόσχημα να του κάνει εντριβή με αλοιφή, και προέβη σε απρεπείς πράξεις εις βάρος της. Κατά την απολογία του στο δικαστήριο, ο δημοτικός υπάλληλος ανέφερε συγκεκριμένα: «Λέω στην [...] ευγενικά "μήπως είναι εύκολο να πάμε σε ένα άλλο μέρος, στα αποδυτήρια, να μου βάλεις αλοιφή;" […] Ημουν όρθιος, κατέβασα την μπλούζα μου και μου έβαλε αλοιφή. Ταυτόχρονα έφτιαξα λίγο τη φόρμα μου με το εσώρουχό μου και φάνηκε για λίγο το πέος μου, το οποίο ήταν λίγο σηκωμένο. Εγώ δεν αισθάνθηκα τίποτε όταν μου έβαζε την αλοιφή. Δεν υπήρξε διέγερση προς τη ΕλλάδαΕλλάδας διώκεται για βιασμό, αποπλάνηση ανήλικου παιδιού που δεν συμπλήρωσε τα 12 έτη και αιμομιξία.

Εδιναν παράνομα συντάξεις

Υπάλληλοι του υπουργείου Οικονομικών συνελήφθησαν για παράνομη καταβολή συντάξεων και διώκονται για υπεξαίρεση στην υπηρεσία κατ’ εξακολούθηση, νόθευση εγγράφων κατ’ εξακολούθηση, εγκληματική οργάνωση και νομιμοποίηση εσόδων από εγκληματική οργάνωση.

Κατάχρηση από προϊστάμενο δήμου

Προϊστάμενος δήμου στην Αττική διώκεται για την κακουργηματική πράξη της απιστίας σχετική με την υπηρεσία από κοινού και κατ’ εξακολούθηση με αντικείμενο πράξης ιδιαίτερα μεγάλης αξίας, η οποία υπερβαίνει συνολικά το ποσό των 120.000 ευρώ σε βάρος του Δημοσίου.

Δάσκαλος σχολείου της Αθήνας διώκεται για αποπλάνηση παιδιού, κατ’ εξακολούθηση στην οποία ο παθών δεν έχει συμπληρώσει τα 12 έτη, και κατάχρηση σε ασέλγεια σε βάρος ανηλίκου που δεν είχε συμπληρώσει τα 14 έτη, τελεσθείσα από τον εκπαιδευτικό κατ’ εξακολούθηση.

- Κοινωνία - Οκτώ χρόνια χωρίς τον Αλέκο Αλεξανδράκη ΔΙΚΗΓΟΡΟΣ Ένας κύριος στην τέχνη και στη ζωή, ο Αλέκος Αλεξανδράκης έφυγε από τη ζωή σαν σήμερα, στις 8 Νοεμβρίου του 2005, έπειτα από μακροχρόνια μάχη με τ δικηγόροδικηγόρου από τη Μάνη, ενφια 2018 πληρωμη online ο Αλεξανδράκης γεννήθηκε στις 27 Νοεμβρίου 1928 στην Αθήνα. Φοίτησε στα καλύτερα σχολεία της εποχής και μεγάλωσε σε ένα σπίτι γεμάτο βιβλία. Αγαπημένο του άθλημα ήταν η ξιφασκία και στα 15 του έγινε μέλος της εθνικής ομάδας.

Ένα χρόνο αργότερα μπήκε στη Σχολή Δοκίμων, θέλοντας να γίνει αξιωματικός του Ναυτικού. Μία παράσταση, όμως, του Κάρολου Κουν, με πρωταγωνίστρια την Έλλη Λαμπέτη, του άλλαξε τη ζωή. Αποφάσισε να δώσει εξετάσεις στο Βασιλικό Θέατρο και πέρασε πρώτος. Ο Δημήτρης Χορν ήταν τόσο σίγουρος για το ταλέντο του Αλέκου, που είχε στοιχηματίσει για την επιτυχία του.

Τον καιρό εκείνο, η Κατερίνα (Ανδρεάδη) έψαχνε για έναν «ζνεαρός ηθοποιόςηθοποιός την επισκέφτηκε με λουλούδια στο σπίτι της μαζί με την Άννα Συνοδινού και πήρε το ρόλο. Έκανε τα πρώτα του βήματα στο θεατρικό σανίδι στις 9 Ιουλίου 1949 και άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις σε κριτικούς και κοινό. «Παρουσιάστε όπλα. Επιτέλους, ένας εραστής στο ελληνικό θέατρο», έγραψε χαρακτηριστικά ο Αιμίλιος Χουρμούζιος στην Καθημερινή.

Ο -πάντα γοητευτικός- που συγκινούσε

Εντύπωση έκανε και στον Φιλοποίμην Φίνο, ο οποίος του πρό ΤΕΙνε να παίξει στον κινηματογράφο. Την ίδια, κιόλας, χρονιά έκανε το ν Τεμπούτο του στη μεγάλη οθόνη, με την ταινία «Δύο κόσμοι», σε σκηνοθεσία Γρηγόρη Γρηγορίου. Ακολούθησαν αμέτρητες άλλες, τροποι πληρωμησ ενφια 2018 και όλοι συμφωνούσαν πως επρόκειτο για έναν μεγάλο ηθοποιό και τον μεγαλύτερο γόη της εποχής. Η απήχησή του στον γυναικείο πληθυσμό ήταν άνευ προηγουμένου.

Στη γοητεία του είχε υποκύψει πρώτη η Έλλη Λαμπέτη. Ο δεσμός τους, όμως, δεν κράτησε πολύ, καθώς ο Αλεξανδράκης προτίμησε να ακολουθήσει την Κατερίνα σε μία περιοδεία. Στο Σουδάν γνώρισε την πρώτη του γυναίκα, Μαρτζ Βάλβη, με την οποία παντρεύτηκε λίγο αργότερα στην Αθήνα. Ο γάμος τους κράτησε τρία χρόνια, όσο κι αυτός με την Κλοντ Σαμπαντού, μια πανέμορφη Γαλλίδα.

Το 1956, παντρεύτηκε την ηθοποιό Αλίκη Γεωργούλη. Μαζί ανέβασαν στο θέατρο «Γκλόρια» της Πλατείας Αμερικής, το «Πικνίκ», απόσπαση σε γραφείο δημάρχου ενώ συμμετείχαν σε πορείες ειρήνης και δημοκρατικά συλλαλητήρια. Όμως, ύστερα από τέσσερα χρόνια χώρισαν. Ο τέταρτος γάμος του ήταν με την ελβετίδα Βερένα Γκάουερ. Στα πέντε χρόνια που κράτησε ο γάμος τους απέκτησαν δύο παιδιά. Το 1969 γνώρισε τη Νόνικα Γαληνέα και την ερωτεύτηκε βαθιά. Παρότι αυτή η σχέση κράτησε 21 ολόκληρα χρόνια, δεν παντρεύτηκαν ποτέ.

Εκτός από την ιδιότητα του θιασάρχη, που ξεκίνησε το 1956 και κράτησε τουλάχιστον 35 χρόνια, ο Αλέκος Αλεξανδράκης σκηνοθέτησε θεατρικά έργα, αλλά και ταινίες, όπως ο «Θρίαμβος» (1960) με τον Καρύδη-Φουκς και η «Συνοικία το όνειρο» (1961), που βραβεύτηκε στο Φεστιβάλ ΘεσσαλονίκηΘεσσαλονίκης, αλλά η προβολή της απαγορεύτηκε από τη λογοκρισία της εποχής.

Ευγενές γούστο

Συνεργάστηκε με λαμπερές πρωταγωνίστριες, όπως τη Μελίνα Μερκούρη, την Αλίκη Βουγιουκλάκη, τη Τζένη Καρέζη, τη Μάρω Κοντού και τη Ζωή Λάσκαρη.

Συνολικά, πρωταγωνίστησε σε περισσότερες από 75 κινηματογραφικές ταινίες, από τις οποίες ξεχωρίζουν: «Ο βαφτιστικός», «Στέλλα», «Το νησί των γενναίων», «Ραντεβού στην Κέρκυρα», «Δεσποινίς Διευθυντής», «Δάκρυα για την Ηλέκτρα», «Όμορφες μέρες», «Η κόμισσα της Κέρκυρας», «Η Μαρία της σιωπής», «Ο άνθρωπος με το γαρύφαλλο», «Τα παιδιά της Χελιδόνας» και πολλές ακόμα.

Στο θέατρο ερμήνευσε τους σημαντικότερους ρόλους. Μεταξύ των παραστάσεων στις οποίες πρωταγωνίστησε και άφησαν εποχή, είναι: «Παράξενο Ιντερμέτζο», «Ταξίδι της μέρας μέσα στην νύχτα», «Ήταν όλοι τους παιδιά μου», «Μαντάμ Μπάτερφλαΐ», ενφια newsit «Η γυναίκα με τα μαύρα», «Τέσσερα δωμάτια με κήπο», «Έγκλημα και τιμωρία», «Τα με γάλα χρόνια», «Ο γλάρος».

Στην τηλεόραση έπαιξε στον «Παράξενο Ταξιδιώτη», τον «Γιούγκερμαν» και τους «Μυστικούς Αρραβώνες».

Το 1994 ανέβασε με τη Μιμή Ντενίση, τον «Θείο Βάνια» και δύο χρόνια αργότερα επέστρεψε στο Εθνικό, απ’ όπου είχε ξεκινήσει. Τα τελευταία χρόνια της ζωής του δίδασκε υποκριτική στο Εργαστήρι του Διαμαντόπουλου, ενώ το 2001 ο τότε Πρόεδρος της Δημοκρατίας, Κωνσταντίνος Στεφανόπουλος, του απένειμε τον Χρυσό Σταυρό του Τάγματος της Τιμής για την προσφορά του στην τέχνη.

Πέθανε στις 8 Νοεμβρίου του 2005, δοση ενφια έπειτα από μακροχρόνια μάχη με τον καρκίνο.

Και δεύτερη αυτοκτονία μέσα σε λίγες ώρες

Το πρώτο σοκ από την αυτοκτονία του νεαρού, διαδέχεται ένα δεύτερο σοκ, ααδε πληρωμη ενφια αφού όπως αποκαλύφθηκε άλλος ένας συμπολίτης μας έβαλε τέλος στη ζωή του στον Αποκόρωνα Χανίων.

Πρόκειται για έναν 61χρονο άντρα ο οποίος το πρωί εντοπίστηκε νεκρός μέσα σε μια λίμνη αίματος στο σπίτι συγγενικού του προσώπου στο χωριό Αμυγδάλου Καλαμίτσι στον Αποκόρωνα Χανίων..
