Νωρίτερα, λόγω συσσώρευσης υδάτων, είχε κλείσει και η λεωφόρος Μαρκοπούλου, Κοινωνικά Δίκτυα Βόλος στο Μαρκόπουλο Αττικής, όπου όμως η κυκλοφορία αποκαταστάθηκε πριν από λίγη ώρα.

Ο κλαρινετίστας Hedwig

Swimberghe ξεκίνησε τις μουσικές του

σπουδές στην Μπριζ, από όπου κατάγεται.

Ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές του στο Ωδείο

της Γάνδης με τον Jean Tastenoe και αργότερα

στο Βερολίνο με τον Karl Leister. Έχει διακριθεί

σε πολλούς διεθνείς διαγωνισμούς και

του έχουν απονεμηθεί σημαντικά τιμητικά

βραβεία (Maurice Van Guchte Price, Benelux Prize,

International Eindhoven Tromp Competition, Concours International du

Festival de Musique de Toulon). Έχει διατελέσει

κορυφαίος κλαρινετίστας με την Ορχήστρα

της Φλαμανδικής Ραδιοφωνίας και καθηγητής

στο Πανεπιστήμιο Erasmus στις Βρυξέλλες.

Είναι επίτιμος καλεσμένος του διεθνούς

σεμιναρίου και φεστιβάλ "Julian Menendez"

της Ουγγαρίας, και μέλος κριτικών

Βόλος Παύση του δημάρχου Ιθάκης για χρέη προς το δημόσιο

Σε παύση του δημάρχου Ιθάκης Ιωάννη Κασσιανού προχώρησε ο υπουργός Εσωτερικών Γιάννης Μιχελάκη, ύστερα από γνωμοδότηση του αρμόδιου Πειθαρχικού Συμβουλίου.

Σε βάρος του δημάρχου είχε βεβαιωθεί χρέος 8.447.955 ευρώ προς το Δημόσιο από την προσωπική του επαγγελματική ενασχόληση ως ιδιοκτήτη τεχνικής εταιρείας, το οποίο είχε καταστεί ληξιπρόθεσμο.

Ο δήμαρχος χρησιμοποίησε την ιδιότητά του ως αιρετού και ενέπλεξε το δήμο στα ατομικά του χρέη.

Συγκεκριμένα, η ΔΟΥ Αγ. Δημητρίου Αττικής είχε προβεί σε αναγκαστική εκτέλεση τμήματος της οφειλής και σε αυτό το πλαίσιο επέβαλε κατάσχεση του ¼ της Αποζημίωσης που λάμβανε ως δήμαρχος Ιθάκης.

Εκμεταλλευόμενος τη θέση του και χωρίς να ενημερώσει το Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο και την προϊσταμένη των Οικονομικών Υπηρεσιών, προέβη σε αρνητική δήλωση, με το επιχείρημα ότι η αναγκαστική απαίτηση του Δημοσίου είναι παραγεγραμμένη (και εξ' αγνοίας του γιγαντώθηκε το ποσό λόγω προστίμων και προσαυξήσεων) και με το επιχείρημα ότι η αντιμισθία του Δημάρχου είναι μη κατασχέσιμη.

Στη συνέχεια η ΔΟΥ ΙΒ Αθηνών επέβαλλε κατάσχεση κατά της αποζημίωσής του για νέα χρέη προς το Δημόσιο, με έγγραφό της προς την προϊσταμένη Οικονομικών Υπηρεσιών. Η προϊσταμένη αποδέχθηκε την παρακράτηση μέρος της αντιμισθίας.

Όμως, ο δήμαρχος είχε προβεί σε αρνητική δήλωση δυο ημέρες νωρίτερα. Στη συνέχεια υποβίβασε την προϊσταμένη σε θέση τηλεφωνήτριας στην πολεοδομία. Η υπάλληλος προσέφυγε στη Δικαιοσύνη, εκδόθηκε προσωρινή διαταγή και επανήλθε στη θέση της.

Εν τω μεταξύ, ο δήμαρχος είχε ανακαλέσει τη θετική δήλωση προς τη ΔΟΥ και τη σχετική εντολή προς τα ταμεία, ώστε να μη γίνει παρακράτηση της αντιμισθίας του.

Τελικά, μετά από αιτιολογημένη έκθεση της οικείας Αποκεντρωμένης Διοίκησης παραπέμφθηκε στο Πειθαρχικό Συμβούλιο και κλήθηκε να απολογηθεί για την εμπλοκή του δήμου Ιθάκης σε δικαστικούς αγώνες για ατομικά του χρέη, Κατασκευή ιστοσελίδων Βόλος: Αντίθεση Χρωμάτων για αυθαίρετη δίωξη της προϊσταμένης, Τεχνητή νοημοσύνη Βόλος: Q-Learning για την κατ' αυτού άσκηση ποινικής δίωξης από τον εισαγγελέα Πρωτοδικών Κεφαλληνίας για υπεξαγωγή εγγράφων και παράβαση καθήκοντος, για παράλειψη υποβολής δήλωσης πόθεν έσχες και για αδικαιολόγητες απουσίες από το δήμο τα έτη 2011-2012.
