Ο υπουργός Οικονομικών ισχυρίστηκε και στη Βουλή κατά τη συζήτηση της πρότασης δυσπιστίας του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ (10.11.13) ότι «όλες οι προηγμένες χώρες και ακόμα περισσότερο οι αγγλοσαξωνικές που είναι “η Μέκκα του καπιταλισμού”, στηρίζονται σε τέτοιους φόρους». Δηλαδή, στον φόρο ακίνητης περιουσίας και στους ομοίους του. Χαρακτήρισε δε τον φόρο ακίνητης περιουσίας ως τον «πιο δίκαιο».

2) Γνωρίζει ο Υπουργός, καθώς οι σχετικές φήμες και πληροφορίες οργιάζουν, εάν έχει ατύπως τεθεί σε εφαρμογή ένα σχέδιο σύμφωνα με το οποίο έχουν εντοπισθεί πολλά «κρυμμένα» δισεκατομμύρια € από ιδιοκτήτες ακίνητης περιουσίας, τα οποία επιδιώκεται από την βαρειά φορολογία ακινήτων να κατασχεθούν (ως ένα είδος αφανούς και εκβιαστικού «κουρέματος») προ της τελικής «δήμευσης» των περιουσιών λόγω οφειλών φόρου προς το Δημόσιο; Τί από τα διαθρυλούμενα είναι αληθές;
3) Τί ποσά προβλέπει το υπουργείο Οικονομικών να εισπράξει με το επικαιροποιημένο «χαράτσι»:
α) Από αστικά ακίνητα;
β) Από αγροτικά ακίνητα;
γ) Από καλλιεργήσιμες γαίες;
δ) Από ακαλλιέργητα χωράφια;
Έχει γίνει καμμία σχετική μελέτη; Και αν ναι, παράκληση να κατατεθεί ως έγγραφο στη Βουλή.
4) Και πώς δεν επισπεύδεται η είσπραξη των φορολογικών και «ποινικών» εσόδων από πηγές όπως η λίστα Lagard και άλλες λίστες εξαγωγέων συναλλάγματος ή από τις διαβόητες offshore; Γιατί εκεί υπάρχει τόση προκλητική βραδύτητα, αδράνεια, ακινησία και αβελτηρία των διωκτικών αρχών και των αρμοδίων υπηρεσιών, κατ’ αντιδιαστολήν προς την εύκολη και ταχύτατη εφόρμηση των φοροεισπρακτόρων εναντίον των ιδιοκτητών; Γιατί δεν αντιπροτείνονται αυτά τα δυνητικά εκ των λιστών έσοδα κατά συμψηφισμό ή ως ισοδύναμα προς την τρόϊκα; Για παράδειγμα, ένας μόνον «καταθέτης» στη λίστα Lagard έχει καταθέσει 500 εκ. €. Όλα τα προσδοκώμενα έσοδα (έστω και άνευ μελέτης υπολογιζόμενα) από τα «χωράφια» ανέρχονται σε 300 εκ. €!
5) Έχει υπολογισθεί πόσοι εκ των ιδιοκτητών αστικών ακινήτων τυγχάνουν ταυτόχρονα και ιδιοκτήτες ακαλλιέργητων χωραφιών, καθώς και ακατοίκητων (ούτε καν παραθεριστικών) σπιτιών, των καλουμένων «πατρικών», τα οποία διατηρούν δαπανώντας ουχί ευκαταφρόνητα ποσά ως έξοδα συντηρήσεως, μόνον για συναισθηματικούς και παραδοσιακούς λόγους; Υπάρχουν ή χωρούν τέτοιες σκέψεις και τέτοια κριτήρια στους λογιστικούς υπολογισμούς των «φορομπηχτών» της τρόϊκας και του Υπουργείου σας; Δεν πρόκειται, για όσους γνωρίζουν την Ελληνική πραγματικότητα για κάποιους άλλους και διαφορετικούς φορολογούμενους, Σχέσεις με συνομήλικους οι οποίοι χρησιμοποιούνται ήδη για την εφαρμογή του τεχνάσματος, δηλαδή του πονηρού ισχυρισμού, ότι το ίδιο φορολογικό βάρος μοιράζεται σε περισσοτέρους, άρα και ελαφρύνεται. Όχι κύριοι, ψυχολογοι βορεια προαστια στους ίδιους φορολογούμενους προστίθεται σαν σε υποζύγια περισσότερο φορολογικό βάρος! Αυτή είναι η πικρή αλήθεια! Η οποία (δηλαδή, οι θιγόμενοι κάτοικοι των πόλεων να πολεμούν τους επίσης πληττομένους κατοίκους της επαρχίας, τους γεωργοκτηνοτρόφους, και αντιστρόφως) δεν επιτρέπει καμμιά συζήτηση περί «κοινωνικού αυτοματισμού», όπως επιχειρείται από διάφορους προπαγανδιστικούς μηχανισμούς προς αποπροσανατολισμό!
6) Απασχολεί το Υπουργείο και την κυβέρνηση ευρύτερα η πιθανότητα, αν όχι η βεβαιότητα, Καθημερινότητα ότι σε λίγα χρόνια οι πολίτες θα έχουν χάσει τις όποιες αποταμιεύσεις τους και τις ιδιοκτησίες τους, καταβάλλοντας τους δυσβάσταχτους φόρους (υποτελείας πλέον), και θα έχουν μεταταγεί έτσι στην τάξη των ακτημόνων και αστέγων, των περιπλανωμένων και ανεστίων (όχι πλέον πολιτών αλλά δουλοπαροίκων); Ποιό το όφελος οικονομικό, κοινωνικό, εθνικό τότε;
7) Με το να «πάρει» τις περιουσίες των πτωχών ή νεοπτώχων πλέον πολιτών του το κράτος γίνεται δυνατότερο, πλουσιότερο, ευδαιμονέστερο; Ή μήπως αποτελεί στρατηγική επιλογή της κυβέρνησης να προωθηθεί ένα είδος «ανάπτυξης» μέσω των distress funds (κεφαλαίων απελπισίας), που θα «επενδύουν», αρπάζοντας τις περιουσίες των Ελλήνων ως γνήσια «vultures» («αρπακτικά»), όπως ακριβώς και με κυνισμό αυτοαποκαλούνται στη σύγχρονη τραπεζική ορολογία;»

«Επί 32 χρόνια βουλευτής, μου έλεγαν να μη συγκρούομαι και να μην τα λέω
αυτά τα πράγματα. Και τώρα βγαίνουν διάφοροι τυχάρπαστοι τύποι από τη
μπλογκόσφαιρα – κάτι ούφο! – και τώρα μου λένε διάφορα. Μα, εσείς μου
λέγατε να μην τα λέω! Για να κάνετε τη φοροδιαφυγή σας, για να κάνει η
ΟΛΜΕ ιδιαίτερα… Τα έχω γράψει σε βιβλίο και έτσι βγήκε το "μαζί τα
φάγαμε". Και είναι πολύ ενδιαφέρον. Να το διαβάσετε. Σε ποιο συμπόσιο να
πάω; Σε ποιους; Σε αυτούς τους αποτυχημένους που το μόνο που τους
ενδιαφέρει είναι ο μηχανισμός; Που τσακώνονται για το αν ο ήλιος θα
είναι πράσινος ή πορτοκαλί; Αν θα λέγεται ΠΑΣΟΚ ή ΝΑΣΟΚ ή ΚΑΖΑΣΟΚ; Δεν
θέλω να μιλήσω. Ό,τι έχω να τους πω, το λέω δημοσίως, σε όλο τον κόσμο.
Στα στελέχη του αποτυχημένου συγκροτήματος που έγινε από 44% κάτω από το
10%, μονοψήφιο, δεν έχω να πω κάτι. Δεν με ενδιαφέρει να το πω, ούτε σε
ηγέτες που το έφτασαν εκεί και είναι ο Σημίτης, ο Γ. Παπανδρέου και ο
Βενιζέλος. Μαζεύτηκαν και αγκαλιάστηκαν και μας είπαν "ελάτε να πάμε
μπρος". Τι εμπρός; Τον μηχανισμό τους ενδιαφέρει να ελέγξουν και να
διατηρήσουν, για να έχουν τα προνόμιά τους και ας με διαγράψουν
επιτέλους, για να τελειώσει η αγωνία μου αν θα το κάνουν ή όχι. Μα δεν
με έχει διαγράψει ποτέ κανείς! Ούτε από το ΚΚΕ δεν έχω διαγραφεί και
έφυγα μόνος μου – και τώρα σκέφτομαι μήπως γυρίσω. Πώς τον λένε τον
γενικό γραμματέα του ΚΚΕ; Πωπω… πώς καταντήσαμε. Ούτε το όνομα του γ.γ
του ΚΚΕ να μην ξέρουμε…» είπε ο Θόδωρος Πάγκαλος εξηγώντας τους λόγους για τους οποίους δεν ήταν παρών στο
Συμπόσιο για τα 39 χρόνια του ΠΑΣΟΚ την περασμένη εβδομάδα, μολονότι
είναι ιστορικό στέλεχος του κόμματος:
Μεταξύ άλλων «να κατέβουν μαζί στις ευρω εκλογές ΝΔ και ΠΑΣΟΚ» πρό ΤΕΙνε ο κ. Πάγκαλος, σχολιάζοντας ότι οι φιλοευρωπαϊκές δυνάμεις μπορούν να συνυπάρξουν σε μία ευρύτερη παράταξη.
Υποστήριξε ότι υπάρχει ανάγκη για μια ευρύτερη φιλοευρωπαϊκή παράταξη. Με αφορμή τη συζήτηση για την επικαιροποίηση της προγραμματικής συμφωνίας ΝΔ- ΠΑΣΟΚ, ο κ.Πάγκαλος σχολίασε: «Το θέμα είναι τα προβλήματα επί των οποίων υπάρχει διαφωνία. Αυτά πρέπει να συζητήσουν με τον Σαμαρά κ κόμμακόμματα που υπάρχουν στην κοινωνία και να τα συζητήσουν, από τη στιγμή που δεχόμαστε ένα ενιαίο πλαίσιο που είναι η αρχή της κοινοβουλευτικής Δημοκρατίας, του ευρωπαϊκού προσανατολισμού και της ύπαρξης της μεικτής οικονομίας μέσα στο πλαίσιο της αγοράς»και πρόσθεσε:
«Από τη στιγμή που δέχεσαι αυτές τις αρχές, ανήκεις στην ίδια ευρύτερη παράταξη. Και κατά τη γνώμη μου, στις ευρω εθνικές εκλογέςεκλογές για να δώσουν βουλευτές, θα πρέπει αυτές οι δυνάμεις να κατέβουν μαζί. Δεν έχω αντίρρηση αν βάζετε σε αυτή τη σκέψη ΠΑΣΟΚ και ΝΔ μαζί. Σας λέω ότι οι δυνάμεις που πιστεύουν στο ελληνικό Σύνταγμα και την ευρώπη και δεν λένε μια μέσα, μια έξω, μια από εδώ και μια από εκεί και που πιστεύουν στη μικτή οικονομία και έχουν εγκαταλείψει τις κομμουνιστικές φαντασιώσεις περί Κράτους και μικτής οικονομίας, μπορούν να υπάρξουν μαζί».
Ο κ. Πάγκαλος εξέφρασε επίσης την κόμμακόμματα, αλλά στις ευρω εκλογές θα αναζητήσει μία συνολική λύση, με ευρωπαϊκή προοπτική, η οποία εκτίμησε ότι θα μπορούσε να είναι αυτή που περιέγραψε ο ίδιος.
Υποστήριξε μάλιστα ότι: «Είμαστε σε μια περίοδο έντασης κοινωνικής, στα πρόθυρα εμφυλίου πολέμου. Και όταν λέω αυτό, δεν εννοώ γουναράδικα και φυσεκλίκια. Εννοώ εμφύλιο πόλεμο με παρέμβαση της πολιτικής Κατάρρευση στην ενήλικη ζωή οικονομία με τρόπο τέτοιο που καταστρέφει την οικονομία και δεν αφήνει τη χώρα τουρισμότουρισμός! Αυτοί οι άνθρωποι που καίνε την Αθήνα και γράφουν στους τοίχους που καθάρισε ο δήμαρχος της πόλης… Γράφουν «Καμίνη, τοίχος δεν θα μείνει». Λένε ότι θα καταστρέφουν, διότι είναι πολιτικό το θέμα. Αυτός είναι λοιπόν ο εμφύλιος πόλεμος της δεκαετίας μας».
Ο πρώην υπουργός άφησε και πάλι αιχμές κατά του Κώστα Σημίτη και του Γιώργου Παπανδρέου, ενώ σχολίασε ότι: «Η Φώφη προηγείται στις δημοσκοπήσεις επειδή είναι η κόρη του Γιώργου Γεννηματά».
